I really like peanuts. However, because of dental issues, I find it easier to eat peanuts that are split in half. Fortunately, I discovered that the wonderful people at Nuts to You actually sell peanut halves. The pieces are just the right size for me and, as with their other nuts, roasted to perfection. I just add a little bit of sea salt because I like a little saltiness (Yes, I know I'm picky). These peanuts should also work well for baking.
Only place I could find "no salt" roasted chickpeas.
I ordered nuts and ginger. The nuts are always fresh and good value. It was my first time to order the ginger. It was the best ginger I have ever had! Excellent quality!
I love the crunchiness of this granola and overall texture. However as a regular user of ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves in my baked goods, the ginger in these was not discernible. To each of the 5 bags I received (a 5lb order), I add a healthy amount of ginger, cinnamon and cardamom (a bit of this) to make it gingery.
Best ginger snaps! Lots of flavor and just the right thickness. Love that we can get them all year round. They’re not just for Autumn anymore!
