Your satisfaction is important to us. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Whether your product has been opened or remains unopened, we will gladly work with you to make things right, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

We want to make sure your order arrives safely! If your package has not arrived, or tracking indicates it was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date or the date marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We will gladly review the tracking information, work with the shipping carrier when necessary, and do our best to resolve the issue.
