Being sugar free means that there is no sugar added. In a serving of 1.4oz, there is still 26mg of Carbs and 14g of sugar. They are good for a treat every once in a while but they are so good you may want to have more than a serving. Best to keep in a cupboard and not next to you on a table. Remember, they are not sugar free! Just no sugar added.
