Superior durum wheat semolina.
Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products.
This stuff fluffs up perfectly and has terrific texture, the grains stay separate. Has a very faintly nutty flavor. Goes well with everything we've cooked with it.
I grew up coming to the shop for peanuts and candy. I have since moved away, but had a taste for REAL peanuts. Once you have these you realize those other brands aren’t selling you top quality peanuts! Also thanks for getting me my taste of philly so quickly (and I love the packaging!)
This couscous is so fast and easy to cook to add some substance to any dish.
Wish you had whole wheat, but this is goid
