 Saffron seasoning is a yellow-ish, free flowing powder containing salt, sugar, dehydrated garlic & onion, turmeric, spice, natural extractives of turmeric and annatto, saffron extract and less than 1% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Try in place of Bouillon for a new twist in soups & stews!  Use one tablespoon per cup of rice.
